My skin is so sensitive and I have been to the dermatologist and everything to try to get clear skin!. My friend (who has clear skin) told me to try proactive!. Maybe you already heard this but it makes your skin worse before it gets better!. When you buy it they usually give you a three pack!. It has the wash, the toner and the lotion!. My skin is so sensitive so I can only use the wash!. It also helps to alternate!. Sometimes I just use the lotion!. The mask (bonus gift) is always great!. I have found that Dove soap is good to wash away make-up and then a gentle rinse with the proactive wash or some times switch it up with just the lotion!. You should play around with it b/c I am 26 years old and searched since about the age of 14 and this is the best stuff I have ever found!. It really will give you zits first though b/c your skin is ridding all of the impurities you've got in there!. After a month it will be really great! Hang in there!Www@Answer-Health@Com
A friend of mine got a book about getting rid of acne a while back!. He followed the infor in it and it cleared up the acne on his face, shoulders and back almost completely!.
