Answers:
Sounds like some of the classic symptoms of angina, or chest pain related to your heart!. Angina, if ignored, can progress into a heart attack over weeks-months depending on the severity!.

You don't need to go do an ER unless your chest pain is not relieved by rest!. But you do need to see your doctor as soon as you can - like within a week!. Your doctor will probably refer you to a cardiologist who will do an ECG and/or a stress test!. And you will probably receive a prescription for nitroglycerin sublingual tablets!. It's a pill that dissolves under your tongue to relieve chest pain (so you only take it if you need it)!. But remember if one tablet does not relieve your chest pain within 5 minutes, call 911!.

Try not to be alarmed, angina is more common than you think!. Just remember that it will be serious if it remains untreated!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the pain is radiating towards your throat this could be the start of Angina!. I really think you should see your Doctor and maybe have an ECG done to rule out any underlying causes!. Better to be safe than sorry!

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
