Answers:

Do you have asthma or any allergies? Too much coffee can make you dehydrated. It is because you sleep with your mouth open that causes a sore throat and dry mouth. Having the heating on at night is also another possible reason.

IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA YOU MAY NEED TO REVUE YOUR MEDICATION SO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE ASTHMA NURSE. YOU CAN ALSO USE NASAL SPRAYS THAT PREVENT YOUR NOSE FROM BECOMING BLOCKED. THERE IS ALSO THE OPTION OF A SALT PIPE. YOU CAN BUY THEM OFF THE INTERNET AND THEY ARE APPARENTLY EXCELLENT FOR ASTHMA. I WAS THINKING OF GETTING ONE MYSELF.
