What sort of things do you do!.!.!.to pass the time!.!. when you have a really bad cold or even the flu , also so what sort of remedies do you think helps the symptom's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I'm not a senior, but I am middle aged!.
I try to rest as much as possible and read!. Remedies that help are just fluids and vitamins!. Orange juice or anything with lots of vitamin C and soup and bread rolls!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
