What I have done is use Clearasil deep pore cleansing pads followed up with benzoyl peroxide!.
I have also been using the Zap That Zit Program and my face has remained clear!. I found the program and great articles on;

I use several types of treatments depending on severity!. Start with lifestyle changes, less sugary, less greasy food, work on stress reduction, topical products especially ones with alpha and beta hydroxy acids work well in controlling oil and new pimples!. (glycolic acid and salicylic acids) these don't dry out skin as much as retin A!. For my patients oral Niacin-amide works very well for long term control!. Get some tea tree oil!. Get a bottle of unscented baby wash or baby shampoo!. Get some baby wash cloths!. Don't use them for anything but your back or face!. Only use once and then wash and boil them!. Store them by themselves!.

i like to know that myself haha, it worked best when i went to the dermatologist and got prescribed stuff!. but since i have been able to cuz i don't have medical benefits anymore i tried the clearsil face wash the one that say guranteed clear in 3days, that worked for awhile but it seems to be losing some effects!. graned i have less acne then with other products but still having flareups!. but yeah dermatologist is the way to goWww@Answer-Health@Com
