hello, i have quit smoking but i still have yellow marks on my fingers, i have just started a cracking job and they are getting me down, how can i get rid off them quickest???

Exfoliate and then scrub a lot of floors or do washing by hand for a week. The chemicals in the detergent should help.
Do not forget to wash and moisturise your hands afterwards as you don't want dermatitis.
