Can HIV spread through an infected cloth ?
After having sex with a girl using condom , I suspected she was HIV + and when she removed the condom , She touched a cloth to clean my penis while she was using the same cloth to clean her vagina

HIV should be the least of your worries at this point....
Was the cloth clean or used before? If she cleaned herself first and then you, you should be thinking about other sexually transmitted diseases that you could have given her or she to you! So, other than not conceiving a child, the condom was fairly useless....
In the future, be careful where you put your penis, and pack your own wipes.
