Question: Rough/Dry Goose Bumps!?
My daughter has always had what looks like raised goose bumps all over her upper chest and the skin is sort of dry/rough!. What could this be!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try using a buff puff in the bath/shower with the help of an all natural oil (Vaseline intensive care makes a good one that is cocoa butter/oil)

It's called keratosis polaris!. It is a common dermatologic condition!. You can get a prescription for kerol from a dermatologist or if you prefer a natural cure, alpha-mangostin may help!.
