hi everyone, my 5 year old has a few red spots on her belly and I was wondering what are the first signs of chickenpox!? there has been a case recentley going aroundWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi some children have a fever, abdominal pain, sore throat, headache, or a sicky feeling a day or 2 before the rash appears!. Once the spots start appearing, they will increase as the day goes on, they can look like insect bites at first, but once they develop into blisters you will pretty much know they are Chicken Pox, I know a lot of people use creams to try and stop the itching, but i have found giving them Piriton is better that way you dont have to touch the spots!.

Yep, shoulders back or belly!. Keep in mind that the vaccination doesn't necessarily prevent them, it just makes the case more mild and less dangerous!. And remember, the younger they are when they get 'em, the milder! Some people try to infect their little ones on purpose as it's easier to deal with than when they're older (not a recommendation here :D) Www@Answer-Health@Com
they usually start on your back or belly!. They look like large pimples and are very itchy!. By the end of the day they should have spread significantly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
