i was having protected sex with a girl!. suddenly i realized that her periods started!. the blood was on my condom!. after we were done i asked her to remove the condom!. while she was doing so, some of the blood(maybe a drop or two) spilled onto the skin over my penis!. i just tried to wipe it off with my underwear!. after 5-6 minutes i washed the entire region also with soap & water!.

I think you ASSUME that she was infected with HIV!. Most probably she is not as most of the people are not infected!.
You had protected sex and the drops of blood on the shaft of your penis does not make difference in terms of HIV infection!.
Relax!. You do not have anything to be worried about!. But if you are worried, go and get tested 6-8 weeks after this exposure!. Almost all infected people test positive by this time!. Then confirm it with a 3 months conclusive test!. Expect and negative resultWww@Answer-Health@Com

Not likely at all, don't freak out!. In order to get HIV you have to have a blood to blood connection!. You were wearing a condom, so the chances of her blood actually getting inside your penis are unlikely!. HIV does not live in open air!. You are fine!. : )
