Question: I have IBD, can this effect my birth control!?

I have inflammatory bowel disease!. a while back I was the patch which is absorb through skin and blah blah blah!. I switch to the pill!. I was feeling great for a year and had a bad laps of IBD!. I am still have issues with it, but not as sick as i was a few months ago!. ok well I didn;t get my period a week ago!. I have this really bad feeling that IBD effected the absorbtion fo the pill!. could i be pregnantWww@Answer-Health@Com
