whenever i get a cold i always go from horrible sore throat to stuffy/runny nose and then it goes away leaving me with no voice and a cough and my colds last like 2 weeks!.
i got this cold and for some reason i got the stuffy nose first and only for two days and this morning my throat is beginning to hurt and its kinda hard to breathe, how can i prevent the sore throat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

2: Gargle a cup of sea-salted water, it helps clean out the throat and infections!.

I have never had a sore throat with a cold!. What you have sounds more like sinus problems or step throat!. to help the sore throat drink a hot totty hot hot hot tea with lemon and a dab of whiskey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like you may be suffering from allergies!. You can try some over-the-counter meds like zyrtec or claritin and if that doesn't help you should go see your family doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
