I heard smoking a joint is equivalent to smoking 10 cigaretes?!

I heard smoking a joint is equivalent to smoking 10 cigaretes?

With the strength of todays marijuana is this fact still the same or has the number of cigaretes been updated... Any one know??

I didn't know the strength had been updated. I had always heard it was 1 to 5. I know that either are really dangerous for your health and cancer is just the of the dangers. I watched my brother and my sister-in-law both suffer because of cigerettes and cancer and it was really hard for them. They both died.Another brother has had 2/3rds of a lung cut out and we just pray they got it all.This was also from cigerettes.I have a 3rd brother that had it but with radiation and chemo, We think they got all of his.We pray it does not return.He continues to smoke so there is always the danger. I have an "adopted" brother that also has it. He was not doing very well for a long time and now he is finally doing better. Myself, I had a lung transplant because I had Emphysemia and was blessed that someone donated their organs.I don't think I would have lasted much longer. Mine was from cigerettes also. I hate cigerettes and drugs of any kind.
