Answers:
are you a teenager!?!? there is no pill or lotion that will fix it overnight, it;s just a matter of hanging in there until your hormones settle (usually within 2-3 years of the onset of puberty), that's not to say you will have pimples the whole time!.
My 13yo has the pimple thing happening, he uses alcohol based skin cleanser (this helps dry out his oily skin) and takes a garlic tablet everyday!. It took about 2 months but his skin has really settled down, not nearly as red and sore looking!. He still gets some pimples but overall it;s much impoved!.
Whatever you try, give it a good chance to work, you won't notice a difference straight away!. And although it may be hard, stop hiding your face, look people in the eye and smile!.!.!.!.let your personality shine, and believe me people will see YOU not the pimples!.

Are they dark spots!?
If so:
I would recommend a fade cream to treat those spots!. Buy an over the counter cream that contains 2% hydroquinone!. 2% is the max for over the counter -- anything higher would need a prescription!.
Good luck!
