Reducing the amount of fatty meats in the diet as well as reducing the amount of fried food should help!. Those two are killers!.

Exercise greatly reduces blood pressure!. Mine was never high to begin with, but when I exercise intensely for a long span of time, both of my numbers are double digits!. My all-time lowest being 98/64!.

Garlic has been known to reduce blood pressure as well!. Eating at least a fresh clove once per day thins and cleans the blood and lowers the pressure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
