Hi! I'm a 28 year old female, and I've noticed I had brown spots appear on my feet that look a lot like freckles! My feet don't itch, they usually only do when I sweat a little!. The spots are only on my feet and there's a bunch! What do you think they are!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not having seen these spots with my own eyes - my best guess is that they may be the marks of poor circulation!.

Get to a doctor to find out if this is indeed the problem - and if so, get it corrected asap!.
