Every once in a while I have sharp pain on my lower sides on my front and back I don't know if it could be my appendix or just because I am having random pains it only happens like once evey two weeks!.!.
and sometimes its really bad and other its not a big deal

It's random!. If it was the appendix, you'd know - the pains would gradually get worse and worse until you couldn't stand it and would come with a fever and vomiting!. It's just random pains!. It can be kidney pain from dehydration, it could just be a pulled muscle!. IF it just comes and goes, I wouldn't worry!. Take some Tylenol or Advil when it comes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As soon as i read ' once every two weeks' there is one thing that comes to mind and one thing only!. Possible Ovulation Pain!? I think this is what it is more than likely very much doubt it is your appendix!. May i suggest if your worried about this issue please visit your family GP in order for your mind to be put to rest!.
But this definately sounds to me like ovulation pain/twinges!. Rather than your appendix!.

appendix pain should only be on the right side and down by the hip!. also the pain of appendicitis is constant and progressively more severe until it removed or it rupturesWww@Answer-Health@Com
If it is your appendix, it would only hurt in your lower left side of your abdomen!. I would know lol Www@Answer-Health@Com
