I am so very sorry, but I do think you might be describing a herpes outbreak, especially since two weeks ago you had flu like symptoms!.
Herpes don't have to be round, and since they are on the genitals you can't always see them anyway!. The key thing I think is that they FEEL like cuts, in that they hurt like a cut would!. They can also itch really bad!.

You get herpes from having sexual contact with other people who have herpes!. If you just have a cut, it does not mean you have herpes, only if you have had contact with someone who has herpes!. It can just be a normal cut!. But yes, one of the symptoms of genital herpes is having little cuts in the genital area!. But if you have not had unprotected sex then it is most likely not herpes, and just a cut!. However, if the cuts appeared on their own without you causing them, then you should get them checked out!. I had these sores around my area that I was so freaked out were herpes but it was called Muluscum!. Its not a sexually trasmitted disease, but it can be sexually transmitted!. They took awhile to heal but they never came back!. If your worried you should just book a Docs appointment and they will check!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
