Question: Cracked nose on the inside - remedy!?
My boyfriend works in dirty dusty environment and is often inhaling dust - the inside of his nose gets really cracked and sore right in the nostril part

My ENT recommended that I use Lucas Paw Paw cream in my nose for sores, it is very moisturising and has a natural antiseptic!. It is a wonderful product available at pharmacies and a jar can last years!.
