Question: Why does my eyes get a little dried out after I run!?
Sometimes when I run for a long time, my eyes get a big blurred spot!. I think it's because I hardly blink when I run or something!.!.!. !?!?!? I always try to keep hydrated though! Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I work out, I sweat a lot and I am constantly wiping the sweat from my face!. All that sweat gets in my eyes and really dries them out!. If you perspire a lot, then that could be your problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's either allergies, or just from the wind blowing in your eyes when you're running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
