When exfoliating the skin, how can I be sure that i removed dead skin cells?!


Question: When exfoliating the skin, how can I be sure that i removed dead skin cells!?
blackheads are a clogged pores with excessive oil and dead skin cells!.

So if I exfoliate my face that means there shouldn't be any dead skin cells!.
WHY DO I STILL GET BLACKHEADS THEN!?
