Question: What do you think this large sore bump could be!?
I had one start on my leg a few weeks ago, became very sore, looked almost like a pimple but much larger (quarter sized), became infected and its now finally healing!. Now I have another starting right beside it!. Very painful with a white center (approx quarter size)!. Have never had anything like it, now that I have a second one starting in the same location just wondering if it's something to be concerned about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

those are boils and all you can do is use hot compressed three times the first day, the next day repeat and follow with cold compresses!. it should bust on its own!. after that use neosporin in that affected area once or twice a week right after your bath or shower!.
i have read up on several reasons why this happens without a positive answer for them so i just figured out that they are most like hair follicle infections!. any way this is what works for me!.

it's definitely a cyst!. I used to get those all the time!. typically, you need to go to a doctor to get those lanced, but you can do it at home just as easily and it won't leave a huge hole that way (doctors usually make a circular incision to drain the cyst)
it's like a zit; you can pop it but there's this weird "pus core" thing!. if you can pull that out it will drain the cyst quickly and completely!. please make sure you treat this like a wound and wash your hand and dress it with sterile band aids and anti-septic washes!.

I would go see the doctor if your getting another one, it could be anything from a boil to an infected hair, but it could also be a cyst, or a form of Mercia!. Better to be safe then sorry, until then try putting heat on it for 15 min at a time, 15 on, 10 off, 15 on, and so on!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Could be infected hair!. Like where the hair gets coiled underneath the skin!.
My DH has me pick at it and open it up to allow the hair to grow outward!. I use tweezers usually!. I'd swipe some isopropyl alcohol on it before and after you try that!. Then put some antibiotic cream on it!.
