If you have diverticulosis without polyps (they are removed during the procedure) you need to start the fiber right away!. Always drink lots of decaffeinated beverages, as the prep dehydrates your body!. For bowel health, try to eat 25 to 30 grams of fiber per day fyi- the average american eats only 10 - 15 grams of fiber per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
