Question: Anyone have any experience with heat rash!?
So I think I might have heat rash, I have these really little bumps like blisters on my hands (way more on one than the other) some are slightly red, and they itch a bit and sting when I touch stuff or brush my hand against anything!. I don't thinks these could be bites of any kind, so I have self diagnosed this as heat rash!. Question is really, when can expect this to go away and what can I do to help it go away!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes i've had heat rash in the past, it's a nightemare!
the best you can do is stay out of the heat, and i would suggest using a cool cream like baby lotion to soothe the itch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Being on your hands, I doubt it's a heat rash, unless you wear gloves or otherwise have your hands covered a lot!. Heat rash usually comes from friction and a lack of air circulation!. It doesn't just show up on random parts of one's body!. It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to something!. Diaper rash ointment (Balmex or the like) should be soothing, regardless or what sort of rash it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
