Question: Could you get an illness
if you go to a shop say primark for example and you touched some knickers and then you put your fingers in your mouth for some reason by accident could you get an illness such HIV or STD's or anything like that
i know in most shops they dont allow you to try knickers on but if some how someone did and had HIV or something could you now have it because you touched it and put your fingers in your mouth straight away with out realising

No need to be confused on this issue!. The simple answer is "NO!." The STD viruses and bacteria are extremely sensitive to death by drying, even on clothing or other dry surfaces!. Saliva in the mouth also tends to inactivate or destroy most HIV viruses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if that was the case then shops will have to take precautions with all of their clothing ranges!. I would not worry too much by this!. To catch these diseases you will need to come into direct contact with the infect via intercourse or needles!. Besides for someone to catch HIV blood will have to be on the garment and generally if someone stains clothes in the store they have to be paid for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
