Question: Can someone help me with my dry feet!?
i have had dry feet since i was like 9 and it only happens in the summer so i cant wear flip flops! i have used everything you can think of! my feet are dry and have cracks that bleed! they hurt really bad can you help me!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

my doc recommended a cream called Dermal Therapy for my dry feet!. It's like $8 at any pharmacy, or maybe even walmart!. Put it on after a shower while your feet are still moist, it'll lock in the moisture!. Or give your feet a nice long soak in warm water, maybe with some epsom salts, then rub it on!. Also put it on before bed and wear moisturizing socks all night (light cotton ankle socks)Www@Answer-Health@Com
By foot cream that is actually for dry cracked feet and after you get out of the shower put lotion on them immediately!.!.!.!.this might sound gross but cheese gratters are awesome use it in the shower but buy one seperately just for your feet haha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
