Question: Beating eczema in a different country!?
Every summer i go on vacation to Nicaragua, and I am normally from California!. I do have eczema and its controllable in California always, but every time i leave the country it goes crazy!. Why is this, and how can i beat it!? I just want my skin to stay okay while im on vacationWww@Answer-Health@Com

The climate change is the biggest problem!. The humidity & temperatures play a big role in the outbreaks!. Sometimes even the fabric you wear!. If its really bad take an oatmeal bath, if you do not have a prescription, try hydrocortisone cream, and apply alot of lotion!. Aveeno has great lotions for eczema & oatmeal products!. And even though its hot, wear cotton under shirts and no fragrances! Baby powder is good! If this doesn't work, you really need to see a doctor who can prescribe some kind of cream, it might take a few differ kinds before you find the right one!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
