Acne problem, help!?!
Question: Acne problem, help!!?
just my cheeks have very bad spots at the moment, they come and go!. it seems as tough they break out very badly after exercise and being in the sun!. the spots are definetly acne as my doctor confirmed that!. is their anyway of reducing/preventing these spots!. they do not appear on the rest of my face and they only appear badly on one cheek!. any advice much appreciated, thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with all of this advice but I would also add that, If it happens after excercise or the sun, perhaps dry perspiration could be blocking the pores because of sunblock or whatever!. Try washing off your face immediatlely after excercise with a bottle of water or something!. Resisit the urge to scrub the skin because this will only make it worse!. Be gentle with it!. Go see a dermatologist!. They will prescribe a face cream that will help with your acne!. In the mean time just take over the counter creams!. You can take things like Proactiv, Neutrogena, and Clean and Clear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
