Question: Why cant i catch my breath!?
every once in a while i cant catch my breath!.!.!. i keep yawning and taking deep breaths hoping it'll help but it doesnt!.!.!.!. iWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have wheezes with that!? Does it feel like you can't breathe in!? It may be a mild asthma attack (it's a reversable airway obstruction), but can get progressively worse if the triggers for it keep on overburdining your system!. But some people can "outgrow" asthma!. However, it could be something else, too (like cardiac related) so get it checked out if it continues to happen!.
