What should your blood-sugar be for a non-diabetic?!

Question: What should your blood-sugar be for a non-diabetic!?
I'm not really sure if I explained that good, but diabetics they test there blood (to see how high the sugar level is) but what should a non-diabetic's number be!?

I'm non-diabetic but I tested mine and it was 84 then another time it was 88
I don't ever test it I've never done that especially since I'm not a diabetic but for some reason I wanted to see if it was high or low or just rightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your numbers are just fine!. But remember they change after you eat!. The real test is how long it takes for your numbers to come down under 120 after you eat!. That's where you want your numbers 4 hours after a meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've only been watching my blood-sugar for a few months now and I have a very aggressive Dr!. She wants my fasting blood-sugar below 120!.!.!.!.I am supposed to call in if it goes above 130 or below 80!. Frankly I start to feel sick when I get below 90, but since my blood sugar was so high when I was diagnosed, I was told that was normal and as I keep tighter control of my sugar that will ease up and I won't feel bad unless it goes below 80!. It is a good idea to get your blood sugar checked at least once a year if you have any risk factors for diabetes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Visit my blog site and print off the Blood Glucose Level Chart!. You will see the full range of test results so you can better gage your normal test results!.

You will also get to study the HbA1C test which is the percentage of glucose/sugar in you blood for the last 90 days!. It's always better to be in the know than to guess!.

Best Wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
