How can improve my gait?!

Question: How can improve my gait!?
how could I improve the way I walk!? All my life I have been rather unsteady on my feet and had trouble walking properly!. The only way to describe how I walk without showing you is to say that my knees are always slightly bent, and I walk with a bit of a spring in my step!. I also have flat feet!. I don't know if this was caused by the way i walk or not!. I have had special insoles made at the hospital for my feet but they do nothing for the way I walk apart from stopping my knees hurting when I've been on my feet all day!. Are there any exercises I could do to strengthen my legs and improve the way I walk!? I've never had any injury or disease (as far as I know) which could have caused this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should just stop worrying about it!. Why you are asking such a question on this site is beyond me!. If you are really worried see a specialist recommended by your GP!. This is not a question for this web site!. This place is for the frivolous and slightly amusing less serious side of life!. I suspect that there is not a single soul logged on capable of giving you the answer you want, really smart people aren't reading the crap on this site!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have difficulty walking if I do not look after my spine optimally!. It's normal for the spine to degenerate with age!. If you can't walk well then you might be entitled to a disabled parking badge, especially if being on your feet aggravates the problem!. You might receive a diagnosis as part of the application process!.
