Doesn't get hot enough here for that, really!.!.!. well maybe if you're really never barefoot and then pick the hottest day of the year, but even then you'll probably be okay!.
Sort of wish it was something I had to worry about, toughening my feet more carefully and walking on the white lines/shady areas on the parking lot would be a price I'd gladly pay for nicer summer weather!.!.!. I like warm summers!Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh heck yeah - I live in southern california and it often gets over 100 in the summer!.
once in the summer, years ago, one of my friends decided to walk home barefoot from summer school IN JULY - it was about 3 miles and must have been about 103 in the shade!. His soles were RED when we finally got to his house and, he said, really stinging!. To his credit, he never took to running and didn't put his shoes back on!. He barefooted home al the way!. Also, he didn't get any blisters, but that's probably 'cause he went barefoot a lot!.
I've walked barefoot on black top parking lot asphalt in summer in Palm Springs in 110 degree weather, but only briefly because the asphalt literaly BURNED like crazy - and my soles were sore for a few hours!.
Doesn't stop me from going barefoot -- I kinda like it really!.

Yep, I've burnt the bottom of my feet a few times from hot sand!. Beware, I had a precancerous spot removed from the bottom of my foot!. My derm said it was from walking on too hot surfaces!. You should probably check the bottom of your feet to make sure you don't notice anything new or growing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
