Answers:
heck no!. those drinks make your BSL go up then come crashing back down causing you to have a hypo and you have to eat more to will cancel out the "less" food you had before!.
go a healthy breakfast!. just watch your exchanges a little more closely!. I did that and slowly have lost 8kg over about 12 months!. taking it off slowly limits the chance of how fast you put it back onWww@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Get yourself used to a HEALTHY diet of fruit, yoghurt, cereal or bran for brekkie, with the occasional muffins, bagels, or whatever!.
Shakes do NOT fill you up, they do not contain fibre, they shoot into your bloodstream and bring you up high and drop you right down a short time later!.
The cost a bom and you really don't get anywhere fast with them!.
Just MINIMISE the amount you eat (half your portions! Try it! It works!) and eat with attention , tasting ever bite, you will feel full quicker!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
