Sexually Transmitted Disease/Infections cannot spontaneously occur!. One can only get them from someone who is already infected!. This includes HIV/AIDS!. You can get it from sexual fluids (ejaculate, vaginal fluids, pre-ejaculate, semen), blood and breast milk!.
