you know how in old tv shows how if someone has to sneeze the other person puts their finger under the persons nose!? well it actually works! put your finger right where that middle part of your nose meets with your lip!. Press your finger against it!. It really works!. Dr!.Oz on Oprah said it!. There's a nerve right there that gets rid of the feeling that you have to sneeze! hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stare in to a bright light or the sun and rub the bridge of your nose side to side!. It creates the sensory nerve endings to hopefully creat a sneeze!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

saline wash - saline spray up your nose or just plain water to wash out the allergen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
