tetanus spores do not attack immune system, it is an infectious disease caused by bacterium C!. tetani!. this bacterium causes release of some toxins which attack nervous system (not the immune system) in a way that it stimulates the nurons and patients tends to have muscle spasms, starting from the jaw leading to lock jaw, slowly it spreads over whole of the body leading to arching of the body!. and respiratory paralysis leading to death!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
