ughh man everybody is answering you with stupid answers but i have the greatest answer ever!.
this method got me out of school for a week!.
all you have to do is go to bed at night on top of the blankets with thin clothing on example: dont wear a sweater, wear a plain white t-shirt and some shorts!.
and make sure the air conditioning is on at night if you wanna get really sick,
but i warn you because this type of sickness will be painful but rewarding!.
remember not to have any blankets on top of you!.

Acctually it not as simple as u think!. What u can do is u can get urself injected with Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)!. That substance can induce very high fever!. Usually LPS is the main ingredient in most microbs!. ur body will confuse it as a microb attack then sends ur immune system sky high!.
