Answers:
Visit my blog site and print off the Blood Glucose Level Chart!. It relates the HbA1C (last 90 day average) and the daily finger prick blood glucose level tests!. The daily result is a spot test for the time taken!. It can vary widely during the day!. The HbA1C is pretty stable and hard to fool!.

Also the morning daily reading are generally higher because a night's inactivity sleeping and watch TV!. The glucose is either stored as fat if you ate too much or just is load into the blood waiting for use in the morning high activity!. The evening readings are usually lower because you have been active all day!.

I generally test before a meal rather than after!.

113 mg/dL is within the realms of a non-diabetes, though some doctors might consider this at the high end of 'normal' and would like to test you further!.

93 mg/dL is absolutely brilliant!.

The only reason I can see for your fasting blood sugar level being higher than your non-fasting blood sugar level is due to what's termed 'dawn phenomenon'!. This is where your liver releases some glycogen, it's store of glucose, in an attempt to 'kickstart' your day!.

If you are worried at all, though your blood sugar levels don't indicate why you should be, arrange to speak with your doctor and express your concerns!. S/he will decide whether you need further testing!.

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
