Question: Does anyone know if Unisom can cause Shortness of breath!?
Second time taking it and am having problems with having to catch my breath i also take Welbutrin which is why I'm having to take sleeping pills if you can any Info that would be great

You aren't supposed to take it if you have any lung diseases, like asthma!. So, if you have something like that it could be exacerbathing it!. However, if you don't, it could be an allergic reaction!. You are supposed to contact your doctor if you have this reaction!. So, I wouldn't take it again tonight until you can talk to a doctor about it!. If it's an allergy, each time you are in contact with it the allergy will get worse!. I know it sounds weird to be allergic to the same drug that is in Benadryl (which Unisom is), but I'm allergic to it myself!.
If you start to have a truly horrible time breathing, go to the emergency room!. They can give you another antihistamine and some steroids if you need them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
