Question: Birth control pills to banish breakouts!?
Birth controls balance your hormones, and I've heard they can be killer for clearing up your complexion, but how do they affect growing teens!? I happen to be a growing teen myself!. Since they balance your hormone levels, does that turn off your!.!.!.growing-centers!? ehh
Basically, what do birth control pills DO to you!? I am pondering the assumption that they might control your birth, but what else!?

If a girl has already started having periods, then it's no big thing!. There are four basic hormones in a woman's monthly cycle; BC pills skip over two of them, so that ovulation doesn't occur!. If a girl has already started her periods, chances are good that she's VERY close to the end of her active growth; that won't occur until the bone ends harden, but it's usually within a year of the menstrual cycle's start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
