Your tattoo is healing normally!. The problem that can arise in diabetic tattoo's, as you know, is that it could possibly become infected and not heal well!. Yours sounds like it's doing fine!. I have gotten a tattoo while be diabetic!.!.!.!.it takes a tattoo awhile to completely heal even on a person that does not have diabetes!. Just keep it clean like you have been!. The scabs are all a very normal part of getting a tattoo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've been a diabetic for over 30 years and have tattoos and plan on getting more!. It takes longer to heal and the risk of infection is greater but if you keep your sugars under control and take extra care during the healing process you shouldn't have any trouble!. find a new doctor, being a new diabetic myself you have to be extremly careful as to what you do to your body!. I should know, I just had a toe removed from my right foot in March, found out I was diabetic in Febuary!. And, I have been on meds for the last 6 weeks at almost $6,000!.00 USD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That's odd, I've had diabetes most of my life, and i just recently got a tattoo, it took it about to weeks to start peeling, so i doubt it has anything to do with your diabetesWww@Answer-Health@Com
My experience is that diabetes, slows the healing process!. It may take longer than normal to heal, but if you take good care of it and follow all the rules, you should be fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Have you also been very good about keeping your blood sugars as close to normal as possible!? High sugars can delay healing process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your diabetes won't affect your tattoos,Www@Answer-Health@Com
