Question: I am bleeding when i go to the bathroom and my stomache is killing me!?
i hope someone can tell me what the hell is wrong with me!. When i take a dump There is red blood on top of it or around it!. its usualy a pretty large amount and it seems to happen when i eat certain foods or drink a lot!. now the first thing i thought is ulcers but the blood is red so i think it would be black for ulcers!. Then i though hemroids but does alcohol trigger them!? also i have a real bad stomach problem that goes along with it almost to the point where i cant stand!. ill go to the bathroom at least 3-4 times with in a few hours and then itr is severe constipation!. only this fluid comes outs mixed with blood droplets!. my lower stomache is what is killing me and it feels like it hurts in my intestines but i guess i cant be sure what it is that hurts!. then after like a whole day my stomache calms down and then i go that the bathroom more but it comes out easy!. and then even a couple times when it got real bad i woke up with a black tounge!. i feel very tiered and drained!. help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

The most important part of my message is this: YOU MUST SEE A DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY! Any time there is blood in your stool, it can be a sign of many different MAJOR problems (colon cancer is an example)!.
Now that I've said the most important thing, I can tell you that this sounds exactly like a problem I had some years ago!. It started out being something that happened one or two days at a time!.!.!.I'd have extreme cramping, then when I went to the bathroom, there would be nothing but bright red blood!. After a few weeks, it became something that didn't go away, and I eventually went to the doctor!. I didn't eat solid food for a full two weeks, because everything I ate caused extreme pain and more bleeding!. I was tested for several different things, and was eventually diagnosed with something that the doctors didn't even have a name for!. For no known reason, my body started producing an excess of a certain chemical!. That chemical was creating ulcers in my intestines!. The doctors prescribed an enzyme, that told my body to stop producing so much of the other chemical, and the problem went away completely!.
Please see a doctor right away!.!.!.even if it isn't something serious, they can help you feel better!.

You CAN go see a doctor!. Your local government assistance office should be more than happy to provide emergency medical assistance!. Additionally, any Planned Parenthood office will see you for any medical issue, and will bill you on a sliding scale (which means it's free, if you have no way to pay)!. i had salmonella (sp!?) and had very similar symptoms!.
go to the doctor and have them check it out!.
