for starters you can get body washes that have acne-fighting ingredients in them!. nutrogena makes a couple, and they're relatively cheap and work good!. one is just a wash and one is more of a scrub!. i'm sure you could find more if you look around!. it's good to get a nice soft shower poof or cloth, wet it and put the product on it and wash your chest and back as you normally would but not scrub too hard!. scrubbing too hard can irritate your skin and make it break out more!. plus the skin on your back or chest is more thick than that on your face and scarring from acne is easier, meaning being gentle is a must!.

you can also use regular acne cream or ointment, to put on after you wash!. i just use things like clean and clear!. all I do is dab it on the pimples!. i also found that certain astringents like witch's hazel are good to use!. a astringent helps clean your skin and removes excess dirt and oil!. its pretty cheap and you can find it at any drug store!. you can get little cotton pads or balls usually in the makeup aisles and wet them with the witch's hazel and let it dry!. just be careful if you have sensitive skin because some astringents can dry your skin out or irritate it!.

also try to avoid tight clothing as excess sweat and stuff can get caught under a tight shirt and make you break out!. also i know bras can make you break out!. especially if they dig into your skin and/or are not clean!.
