STAY AWAY FROM SALTS, FRIED FOODS,LIKE EATING OUT AT FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS,ALCOHOL,PASTAS,EAT ONLY BAKED ,GRILLED OR BROILED,OR BOILED FOODS THEY ARE MUCH HEALTHIER.AND ALSO IF YOU CAN AVOID SWEETS,OR ATLEAST IN MODERATIONS..SMOKING IS ALSO A BIG 'NONO'..RELAX AS BEST CAN IN STRESSFUL TIMES.EXERCISE IS GOOD (LIKE WALKING) FOR LOWERING BP..SOMETIMES A FAMILY HISTORY OF IT, JUST DOES'NT MATTER, WAHT YOU DO ,YOU JUST GET THE WORST END OF IT LIKE ME IM 36-AND HAVE HAD IT SINCE I WAS 18YRS.OLD..SO GOOD LUCK AND TRY READING UP ON IT.BEST WISHES FOR YOUR GOOD HEALTH AND LONG HAPPY LIFE.
