Stay out of the sun. Do not trade tomorrows good looks, for today's suntan.
Use Sunscreen when ever you leave the house, even on cloudy days. The skin has bands under it, that can be compared to rubber bands, sun damages these bands and the result is, they can become wrinkled and sag. Try to stay away from refined sugar. Read up on Soda's, they have so much sugar in them. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
It is fun to party, but do not let sleep deprevation become a way of life. Burning the candle at both ends, does take a toll on your looks. Have fun, but for the most part, try to go to bed at the same time every night, get up the same time every morning, Eat a good breakfast, it can't be said too often, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A sweet roll, gets your energy up fast, but does not last through the whole morning, if you are a student taking tests, or if you have a demanding job, or a Mom and home maker, you need some protein, some fruit, a glass of milk, "our most perfect food". Take care of your family, but spend some time maintaining yourself, recharging your batteries, whether it is listening to music, or reading a good book. Time for yourself is precious.
Exercise regularly, fall in love, nothing makes your skin look better than being in love. And try to fall in love with someone who is a good conversationalist, sex may get boring, good conversation never does.
Never go to bed, with make up on, wash it off and use something on your face. It really does not matter the name of the cream or lotion, what makes the difference is how regularly you use it. Do not smoke, and do not drink to excess. Try not to let yourself be angry for any length of time, anger can set lines in your face. Get interested in something, people who are interested in something, are interesting. Look around you, women who are always talking about someone else have a catty look. People who care about others, seem to have a placid looking facial expression. If you are what you eat is true, so is "you are what you feel."

Well, I'm still fairly young, but I wish I had made it a habit to drink more water and eat healthier.

i would def. feel a lot younger! Also, not staring at the tv or computer screen would have helped the dark circles under my eyes.
