i use ascorbic acid (powdered pure vitamin C available at your health food store) it flushes all the toxins out... to do a detox... take 2 Tbsb and put it in a glass of hot or warm water... then I add some lemonade mix to mask the flavor (lemonade mix works the best) Dont plan on going anywhere for like five hours... you will be peeing and pooping like crazy... but that is what you want. You cant over dose on it, so dont worry.
And drink a bottle of water before and a bottle of water after. dont eat for three or four hours after you take it, it will be uncomfortable. and go to the grocery store and get those big things of water with the spout (about 2-3$) or jugs of water.... to prevent any more issues. You should never drink tap unless you have a nice filter on.
I took a huge jug of tap water, put a shake of bug food in it...put the cap on and grew three bugs that were more than four inches big for a school project to prove how nasty tap water is. gross huh? I had never seen anything like these bugs, and still never has.
a stool test at home consist of putting stool in a little cup,how could of you done that wrong?
if you have a parasite you need a medication from the doc for the specific parasite.have your well water tested.drink bottled water for now on.
