I have bad skin?!


Question: i have bad spots on my face and i carnt seem to get a g/f. but they will go and not being big headed im not a bad lookin man but girls look at them and go off me .wot can i do .

Hey there buddy ? What i've found to work the best on my skin is to cleanse with a sensitive skin type cleanser such as Cetaphil morning and night and once every 2 or 3 days i'll mix 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with the cetaphil in my hand and cleanse as usual then rinse off with warm water ?

When i have an outbreak of pimples or blemishes i simply do the baking soda cleanse concentrating on the problem areas and it works a treat ........ you'll find the blemishes become a lot less noticeable almost immediately.

The baking soda cleanser mix is good for purifying your skin and cleansing it of built up oils and dirt. It realkalises the ph level of your skin and gives it a rosy glow......... after cleansing put 1 - 2 tablespoons of white vinegar into a cup of water and mix up. Dip a cotton ball into the vinegar mix, squeeze the excess moisture from it and dab over your skin as you would a toner to close your pores and finish the job..... being carefull of course not to use it on any broken skin or it will sting..... then rub a small amount of extra virgin olive oil onto your skin as a moisturiser........... everybody needs a little bit of moisture on their skin and cold pressed (no trans fatty acids) extra virgin olive oil is brilliant for nourishing & feeding your skin ?

No chemicals or other nasties to upset sensitive little bodies either.

Eat plenty of antioxidant rich foods ie ~ foods rich in Vitamins A, C, E and selenium, zinc and foods rich in EFA'S.

ie ~ Vitamin A ~ liver, dark green and yellow vegies, carotts, pumpkin and yellow fruits;

Without enough Vitamin A in your system no amount of potions or lotion will ever give you that rosy glow.

Vitamin C ~ citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, strawberries and blackberries, leafy and green vegies, red and green peppers and tomatoes and potatoes.

Vitamin C extends life by enabling protein cells to bind together.

Vitamin E ~ wheat germ, vegetable oils (olive oil), nuts, leafy and green vegies, spinach broccoli, whole wheat, whole grain cereals and eggs.

vitamin E will keep you looking younger by retarding cellular aging due to oxidation (by plumping out those lines and extending the life of your cells).

Selenium ~ seafood, liver, wheat germ, bran, tuna fish, onions, tomatoes, broccoli, garlic and brown rice.

Selenium works in tandem with vitamin E thus they increase each others potency. selenium is another antioxidant that will slow the aging process for you.

Zinc ~ essential for protein synthesis and collagen formation.

foods rich in zinc are ~ meat, liver, seafood (especially oysters), wheat germ, pumpkin seeds, eggs and ground mustard.

Pump up your fresh filtered water intake on a daily basis too to hydrate your body properly and plump up your skin and maintain your health, youth and vitality...... you need at least 2 - 3 litres of water per day. Geez, we need at 2 litres daily just to maintain aspiration (to breath!!)........... :0)

Try to ditch all the junky and prepackaged foods and sodas and soft drinks as these will only serve to stress your system and at any rate have next to no nutritional value anyway ?

Go to the Doctor, tell him your concerns and get some cream for them.

I had spots but it was never a problem to girls.
Make sure you do all you can to lessen them, thats all you can do mate. You can't put your life on hold.
