It burns when i pee?!
Question: I've never had sex before, but this past week or so its been burning when i pee, and a couple months ago i had small red pimple like bumps on my penis and genitals that wouldn't pop..I never had more then 1 at a time though.

sounds like you,v got a urine infection, the only way to sort this out is to get antibiotics from a doctor or it will just get worse, it,l travel up to your kidneys etc then it wont be so easy to get rid of..good luck
Sounds to me like you have a UTI. I suggest going to your family doctor and getting it checked out.
You could have a kidney infection or if you have had sex its either chlamdia or gonorrea should talk to your doctor.
