I have bumps on my arms any suggestions how to get rid of them?!

Question: I've been using a lotion, but I'm looking for alternatives.

P.S. I have normal skin and no acne.

It might be Keratosis Pilaris - it looks like goosebumps and often occurs on the upper arms or thighs. It's quite common in adolescents. You might try talking to a dermatologist about it. They might be able to prescribe something for you

don't scratch

maybe try some exfoliating scrub, or if its really bothering you go to a dermatologist.

you may be allergic to the lotion, I say you go to the doctor and they will give you special medicine cream

It really depends on how you got the bumps.... do they itch? do they spread? how long have you had them?

Best bet... see a doctor. Good Luck!

Depends on what the bumps are. Are they irritation from something? They could be eczema or something like that, in which case you should go see a dermatologist and get a lotion prescribed. :]

Good luck.

Do not use exfoliants, they can further irritate your skin.

Are they hives? In a cluster? Do they itch?

Try Neosporin or Triple antibiotic ointment.
Try opening up a Vit E 400IU capsule & rub it into the bumps.
