Am I developing arthritis?!

Question: I'm fairly young, about to be 27 and I have noticed recently that my hands will have this odd aching feeling in the joints sometimes. Nothing, major just this irritating little ache and it's usually at the end of a day or if I am very busy. I have always had the bad habit of cracking my nuckles since I can remember and just wonder if this could be the beginings of arthritis?

I was diagnosed with arthritis at 20 years old. Mine can be very bad at times, but normally the bad ache is in the morning not the end of the day, knuckles swell and kind of red. I run the hottest water I can stand first thing in a.m.to soothe it some(I'm 36 and hurt all over with it)

Most everyone has arthritis to some extent by your age just hopefully not disabling. I would recommend talking to your Dr. it doesn't sound like arthritis. May even see a chiropractor it is amazing what is connected and causes pain in unexpected places. good luck

it could also be osteoporosis. you should get a bone density test, as well as arthritis. my mom thought she had arthritis but it turns out she had bone density problems. i was told my a physical therapist that cracking joints does not give you arthritis.
